shrimp dodo


300g Shrimp
1 medium ripe plantain (diced)
1/2 of one small onion (chopped)
1/3 of one small bell pepper (chopped and in any colour)
2 tsp each of IHOF all purpose savoury, garlic peppers and herbs, and hot pepper mix. (You can add more hot pepper mix if you decide)
Oil for frying


1 place a pan on medium high heat, add some oil (enough to fill the pan a third way up), place the plantain, and fry till golden brown.
2 Reduce the oil to about 3 tablespoons, add the shrimp, onion, bell pepper and seasonings, and sauté for 3–4 minutes, stirring continuously 
3 Add the fried plantain and let cook for another 1-2 minutes. 
4 Serve hot!
